Use the Oven Instead of Stove Top for Hard Boiled Eggs

Summer is coming to an end, but don’t give up on the season too soon! Hard boiled eggs are essential for yummy summer snack recipes. There is an easier way to make hard boiled eggs, that makes the eggs taste better and easier to peel!

What You Will Need:

Muffin Tray

Pre heat the oven to 375 degrees. Place eggs in the muffin tray. This prevents them from rolling around.

Place the tray into the oven for 25-30 minutes. Once they are done in the oven, let the eggs cool for at least 10 minutes before peeling.

This method makes less mess when peeling. The egg shells come off in large chunks.

Use this method instead of boiling water. All you need to do is set the timer. There is no watching the pot or using an egg timer to know when the eggs are done boiling. This way you can simply leave the eggs in the oven while you are preparing other ingredients for yummy summer time meals.

It is much easier to make more eggs for larger dishes as well! The worry of the eggs cracking in the boiling water are over. You can make as few or as many eggs needed. A dozen eggs in one muffin tin is a simple way to accomplish a large task in a small amount of time! If you have more than one muffin tray, make a lot of eggs in one batch.
